Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Self-Service Cancellation

You may cancel your Admaxxer subscription at any time from your Billing page. Cancellation is immediate and does not require contacting support.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Monthly Plans)

If you are not satisfied with Admaxxer within the first 14 days of a new monthly subscription, email support@admaxxer.com for a full refund. The guarantee applies once per workspace.

3. Annual Plans — Prorated Refunds

If you cancel an annual plan mid-term, we issue a prorated refund for the remaining unused full months, less any discount you received versus the equivalent monthly price.

4. Usage-Based Charges

Usage-based overages (additional ad accounts, AI tokens above plan limits, or storage) are billed in arrears and are non-refundable once consumed.

5. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, Stripe will retry automatically. If retries fail, your workspace is downgraded to read-only after a 7-day grace period. Connected ad accounts remain authorized; only Admaxxer features pause.
