### Canceling the subscription
1. Sign in to Admaxxer.
2. Open **Billing** in the app sidebar.
3. Click **Manage subscription** — this opens the Stripe Customer Portal in a new tab under your billing email.
4. Choose **Cancel subscription**.
Your subscription stays active through the end of the current billing period. After that, the workspace moves to read-only (same state as an expired trial): all data preserved, syncs paused, agent paused. You can reactivate any time.
### Monthly plan refund — 14-day guarantee
If you are on a monthly plan (Starter $29, Pro $79, Agency $199) and you cancel within 14 days of your first charge, request a refund by replying to the Stripe receipt or emailing support from the billing page. We refund the full charge to the original payment method.
### Annual plan refund — prorated
Annual plans are refundable on a prorated basis. If you cancel an annual plan partway through the year, the refund is equal to the remaining months on the annual price, less any discount already applied. Details live in the refund policy linked on the billing page.
### What happens to your data
Canceling does not delete your workspace. Historical campaign data, pixel events, chat transcripts, and connected credentials (still AES-256-GCM encrypted) are retained so you can reactivate cleanly. If you want your data fully deleted, use **Delete workspace** on the workspace settings page — that removes all records within the standard retention window.

If the issue is price or feature mix rather than needing to leave entirely, you can downgrade from Agency to Pro or from Pro to Starter directly in the Customer Portal. Plan changes prorate automatically.
