AI Search Visibility

AI Search Visibility shows whether ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Grok, DeepSeek, or Llama mention your brand — and how much traffic those assistants already send to your site. You connect your own key. Nothing runs until you do. Estimated cost is shown before every run.

How it works

You pick prompts that a customer would type into an assistant — “best cold email tool 2026”, “best analytics for DTC 2026”. Admaxxer runs those prompts against the engines you enable, on a weekly cadence by default (daily is a toggle), and records whether your brand terms appear, at what position, with what sentiment, plus citations when the engine grounds its answer.

The same section already shows traffic that arrived from AI assistants via your first-party pixel, so mention rate and referred visits sit in one story. Suggested prompts are built from your site’s domain and top pages. With no key connected, that traffic strip and those prompts are still visible — the empty state is the onboarding.

Connect a key

Open Settings → AI providers. One key can cover every engine that provider supports. Choose a gateway or a direct provider:

If no key is connected, a run records an error and the UI shows the connect call to action. We never spend platform budget on these prompts.

Engines, and what we will not claim

Default on: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini. Opt-in: Claude, Grok, DeepSeek, Llama. DeepSeek and Llama answers are labelled “training-data mention”.

We do not list or scrape Google AI Overviews, AI Mode, Copilot, Baidu, Naver. Those surfaces have no supported API in this product. Claiming them would be a lie.

Cost, before you click Run

Every prompt card shows a per-engine estimate and a monthly projection for your current prompts × engines × cadence. Actual spend is stored per run. Search fees dominate; token cost is noise. A typical three-engine run (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini) is a few cents on your key.

Prompts, competitors, citations, readiness

Prompts and mention rate

Each prompt card shows per-engine mention rate (last 30 days), position, a sentiment chip, and a sparkline. Open a run to read the full answer and its citations.

Competitors and share of voice

Add competitor terms on the same answers — no extra calls. Share of voice, sources assistants cite, and a benchmark table land in a later phase on those same runs.

Citations

Grounded engines return URLs and domains. You can see which pages assistants actually cite when they mention you — and export that list.

LLM-readiness audit

A scored checklist on your public site: HTTPS, llms.txt, robots rules for AI crawlers, sitemap, JSON-LD, canonical tags. Zero model spend. Re-run anytime; weekly auto re-run once enabled.

Frequently asked questions

Does Admaxxer show if ChatGPT mentions my brand?
Yes. AI Search Visibility runs prompts you choose against ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Grok, DeepSeek, and Llama using a key you connect in Settings → AI providers. ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini are on by default; the others are opt-in. DeepSeek and Llama answers are labelled as training-data mentions — they are not live web-search results. We do not run Google AI Overviews, AI Mode, Copilot, Baidu, or Naver. Nothing runs until you connect a key; estimated cost is shown before every run and lands on that key.
Which AI assistants does this cover?
ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini are on by default. Claude, Grok, DeepSeek, and Llama are opt-in. DeepSeek and Llama do not have a live web-search API in this product, so their answers are labelled training-data mentions — never presented as live AI-search results. We do not run Google AI Overviews, AI Mode, Copilot, Baidu, or Naver.
How do I connect a key?
Open Settings → AI providers. Connect OpenRouter, Requesty, Vercel AI Gateway, Glama, AI/ML API, a custom OpenAI-compatible endpoint, or a direct provider key (OpenAI, Perplexity, Google, Anthropic, xAI, DeepSeek). One connected key can cover every engine that provider supports. Until a key is connected, the section still shows AI-referred traffic from your pixel plus three suggested prompts, and one call to action: connect a key to run them.
What does a run cost?
Cost lands on the key you connected — Admaxxer does not add a markup. Search fees dominate; token cost is small. A typical ChatGPT + Perplexity + Gemini run is a few cents per prompt. The UI shows a per-engine estimate and a monthly projection for your current prompts, engines, and cadence before you click Run now. Actual spend is recorded per run.
Are the results live search, or just what the model remembers?
Engines with web search return grounded answers with citations when the provider supplies them. Engines without web search are labelled training-data mention. We never present a training-data mention as a live AI-search result.
