We may hold a payout until required tax documentation is provided.

For US-based affiliates who earn $600 or more in a calendar year we'll request a W-9 and may issue a Form 1099-NEC; we may request a W-8BEN/W-8BEN-E from non-US affiliates to certify foreign status. We may hold a payout until required tax documentation is provided.
Can the company change the rate or end the program after I've joined, and does my balance expire?: We may modify, suspend, or terminate the program or terms at any time; material changes are communicated to active affiliates and apply going forward, not retroactively — commission you've already earned under the prior terms is honored. Cleared commission never expires: it rolls over until you reach the $100 minimum and request it. The only ways commission is lost are a clawback on a refund/chargeback or forfeiture tied to prohibited conduct — not inactivity.
