Measure only selected campaigns from an ad account
An ad account often runs campaigns for more than one product, brand or market. If only some of them sell what you track in this workspace, pick those campaigns and every spend-based number in Admaxxer uses just them. Nothing changes in your ad account.

Choose the campaigns
- Open Integrations and find your connected Meta Ads, Google Ads or TikTok Ads card.
- Click the All campaigns pill on the card. If you have several ad accounts connected, there's one pill per account.
- Pick a mode: Only selected (only the campaigns you tick count) or All except selected (everything counts except the campaigns you tick).
- Tick the campaigns. Each one shows its spend for the last 90 days, and the bar at the bottom shows how much of the account's spend you're keeping.
- Click Save. Dashboards, ROAS, MER and attribution recalculate on your next page load.
Which mode should I use?
Use Only selected when a few campaigns are yours and the rest belong to other products: a new campaign stays out until you add it. Use All except selected when almost everything is yours: a new campaign counts automatically.
What changes
- Ad spend on the dashboard, the portfolio view and every report only includes the measured campaigns.
- ROAS, MER, CAC and profit are calculated from that spend, so they reflect the product you track here.
- Attribution reports only credit the measured campaigns. Visits and sales tagged with a left-out campaign show as untagged traffic rather than being credited to it.
- Revenue forecasts and channel contribution are trained on the measured spend.
- AI tools. The in-app assistant and AI tools connected over MCP read the same measured numbers. When one of them looks up a raw ad-account total from the platform, the result says which campaigns this workspace measures, so it won't present the whole account as yours.
What doesn't change
- Your ad account. No campaign is paused, edited or hidden on the platform.
- Ads Manager. You can still see and manage every campaign in Ads Manager; the selection only affects what Admaxxer measures.
- Other workspaces. The selection belongs to this workspace. If the same ad account is connected to another workspace, that workspace can choose its own campaigns.
- Reconnecting. The selection is saved against the ad account, so it stays in place if you disconnect and reconnect the same account.
Good to know
- Older history. Some platforms only gave us an account total for older days, without a per-campaign split. Those days can't be divided by campaign, so while a selection is on they count as zero for that account. The picker shows the first date with per-campaign data.
- Campaigns with no spend yet appear in the picker once they've spent, or after you've opened Ads Manager for that account. Opening the picker never makes extra calls to your ad platform.
- Ticking nothing in Only selected mode means this account adds no spend at all. The picker warns you before you save.
Frequently asked questions
Q: Can I measure only some campaigns from one ad account?
Yes. On the Integrations page, click the campaigns pill on your Meta Ads, Google Ads or TikTok Ads card, choose Only selected, tick the campaigns and save. Every spend-based number then uses only those campaigns.
Q: Does this pause or change anything in my ad account?
No. It only changes what Admaxxer counts. Your campaigns keep running exactly as before.
Q: How quickly do the numbers update?
On your next page load after saving. Admaxxer refreshes the affected numbers for you.
Q: Can two workspaces share one ad account but measure different campaigns?
Yes. Each workspace keeps its own selection for the same ad account.
