Automate comprehensive reporting in minutes.

Set a report once and it sends itself — daily, weekly, or monthly — with an AI-written executive summary of what happened and why right at the top. Add multiple recipients, keep the email branded, and give every recipient a one-click unsubscribe. Manage every scheduled report from the Reports page.

Track all your accounts' KPIs without having to switch between accounts.

The Portfolio puts every account you belong to side by side — spend, revenue, orders, MER, ROAS, sessions, and conversion rate, with a revenue sparkline on every card. Sort by any metric to rank your accounts, then click a card to drop straight into that account. Each account shows in its own currency.

Present the metrics that matter most to you with customizable dashboards.

Drag to reorder sections, hide what you don't use, undo and redo freely, and save named views — personal or shared with your workspace, with a per-user default. Read more about how this works on dashboard customization.

How to set up a scheduled report

  1. Step 1 — Connect a platform. Connect at least one source — Meta, Google, TikTok, Klaviyo, Shopify, Stripe, or the first-party pixel — so there's data to report on.
  2. Step 2 — Open Reports. Go to the Reports page in your workspace and create a new scheduled report.
  3. Step 3 — Choose cadence and recipients. Pick daily, weekly, or monthly, then add everyone who should receive the report by email.
  4. Step 4 — Toggle the AI summary. Turn on the AI-written executive summary so each report opens with a plain-English account of what happened and why.
  5. Step 5 — Save. Save the report. From now on it's delivered automatically on your schedule — branded, with a one-click unsubscribe for every recipient.

Frequently asked

How often can Admaxxer send my reports?
You choose daily, weekly, or monthly. Set the cadence once per workspace and the report is delivered by email on that schedule automatically — you don't have to remember to run anything.
Can a report go to more than one person?
Yes. Add as many recipients as you need to a single scheduled report. Everyone receives the same branded email, and any recipient can unsubscribe with one click from the bottom of the email.
What is the AI executive summary in my report?
Every report opens with a short, plain-English summary written by AI that explains what happened over the period and why — the headline story before you reach the detailed numbers below it.
Where do I set up and manage scheduled reports?
On the Reports page inside Admaxxer. You can create a new report, choose the cadence and recipients, toggle the AI summary, and pause, edit, or resume any existing report from the same place.
How do I see all my ad accounts in one place?
The Portfolio shows every workspace you belong to on a single screen, so you can compare all your accounts without switching between them. Each account appears as its own card with its headline metrics.
Which metrics show for each account in the Portfolio?
Each account card shows spend, revenue, orders, MER, ROAS, sessions, and conversion rate, plus a revenue sparkline showing the recent trend. You can sort the whole list by any of these metrics.
Does the Portfolio handle accounts in different currencies?
Yes. Each account is shown in its own currency, so a store that sells in euros and a store that sells in dollars each read correctly — no forced conversion that hides the real numbers.
Can I open a specific account from the Portfolio?
Click any account card and you jump straight into that account's full dashboard. The Portfolio is the overview; one click takes you to the detail.
Can I change the layout of my dashboard?
Yes. You can drag sections to reorder them and hide the ones you don't use, so the dashboard shows only the metrics that matter most to you, in the order you think in.
What if I make a layout change I don't like?
Every layout change is undoable. Use undo and redo to experiment freely — try an arrangement, and step back to the previous one if it isn't right.
Can I save a dashboard layout and share it with my team?
Yes. Save a named view of your dashboard. Keep it personal to you, or share it with your workspace so your whole team sees the same layout. You can also set a per-user default so the dashboard opens your way every time.
Which platforms can I connect to feed these reports and dashboards?
You can connect Meta, Google, TikTok, Klaviyo, Shopify, Stripe and other payment providers, plus the first-party pixel — so your reports, Portfolio, and dashboards reflect every source that matters. More ad platforms are coming soon.
